## What MiroFish does, in detail

MiroFish is a scenario simulation platform. The core loop:

1. **User uploads a document** — PDF, Word (.docx), Markdown (.md), or plain text (.txt).
   Common uploads include: product launch briefs, crypto token whitepapers, earnings
   reports, Fed statements, regulatory announcements, political speeches, PR crisis
   scenarios, marketing campaign messaging.

2. **User writes a simulation prompt** — 20 characters minimum. Examples:

     new stablecoin regulations?"
   - "How would enterprise buyers respond to a 40% price increase announced
     alongside new AI features?"
   - "How would policy commentators and the general public react to a ban

3. **Ontology extraction** — MiroFish analyses the document and extracts entity types
   (people, organizations, products, events, concepts) and relationships between them.
   This step determines the credit cost (1-10 credits based on complexity).

4. **Knowledge graph build** — Extracted entities are loaded into Zep Cloud, which
   builds a temporal knowledge graph with relationships and context.

5. **Agent persona generation** — For each significant entity, MiroFish generates
   a realistic AI agent persona with: demographics, communication style, topic
   interests, biases, platform behavior patterns. Personas are grounded in the
   ontology.

6. **Multi-round simulation** — Up to 10 rounds of agent interaction on simulated
   Twitter and Reddit platforms. Available actions:

7. **Prediction report generation** — Claude Haiku 4.5 writes a multi-section report
   analyzing the simulation: sentiment distribution, key narratives, influence

8. **Delivery** — Report is viewable in-app and emailed to the user. Export as
   Markdown, PDF, or PPTX (Pro+ plans).
