# MiroFish

> MiroFish (mirofish.co.uk) is a synthetic audience simulation service for decision testing. A team gives it the pricing change, launch positioning, campaign or statement it is about to put in front of real people; MiroFish builds a synthetic audience for that market, runs several rounds of discussion, and returns an evidence-backed study: a decision-readiness verdict, key findings, how each audience segment reacted, the risks, what to change, and verified quotations. Results are synthetic and directional: not polling, not real respondents, not a prediction.

Positioning: "Stress-test a decision before you put it into the real world."

## Who it is for

- Agencies and consultancies testing client campaigns, positioning and statements before the pitch or the launch
- In-house marketing teams testing campaign concepts, launch messaging and pricing communication
- Product and strategy teams testing pricing changes, feature launches, positioning and policy changes
- Founders and individual marketers as self-serve users

## What a study contains

- Decision readiness: a score out of 100 with a verdict and the recommended next step
- Key findings with the evidence behind each
- How each audience segment reacted, with attributed quotations
- Risks (backlash, confusion, trust, polarisation, misinterpretation, virality)
- How reactions moved across discussion rounds
- What to change before the decision meets real people
- Follow-up questions to the audience

## How it works

1. You provide the material (a document, brief or statement) and the decision you are testing.
2. MiroFish builds a synthetic audience for your market (presets, your own description, or the people named in the material) and runs a multi-round discussion.
3. A report is written and checked: every quotation is verified against what the audience actually said; unverifiable claims are removed; the report states what it could not measure.

## Limitations (stated plainly)

- Synthetic participants, not real respondents; no real-world outcome data
- Directional feedback for finding objections, disagreements and risks; not a forecast and not a substitute for research that requires real people
- Sensitive to the material and audience description provided
