MiroFish is an open-source multi-agent simulation engine, published on GitHub under the AGPL-3.0 licence. MiroFish.co.uk is an independent hosted service built on the open-source MiroFish project. Describe a decision and the people who should react, a synthetic audience discusses it over several rounds, and you read the study in your browser. There is nothing to install or deploy, and your first Quick Study is free.
What MiroFish does
MiroFish stress-tests a decision before you put it into the real world. Give it the pricing change, launch, campaign or statement you are about to use; a synthetic audience built around the people you describe reacts to it and to each other over several discussion rounds, and the study shows what lands, what causes objections, how segments differ and what to change. Synthetic audiences, directional results: never presented as polling, never a prediction of what people will do.
Use MiroFish online
Create an account, paste or upload the material (text, PDF or Markdown), describe the audience and start a study. It runs on MiroFish.co.uk and the report waits in your account. You do not install the software, deploy servers or set up model-provider and graph-memory keys.
Hosted or self-hosted
Hosted on MiroFish.co.uk: nothing to install or deploy, the current study workflow and report, paid per study or by monthly plan after a free Quick Study. Self-hosted: the upstream MiroFish project is open source on GitHub; you run it yourself and operate the environment, the model-provider accounts and the infrastructure. Both are reasonable choices; the hosted service is for people who would rather not run it.
How a study works
Brief: the material and the decision you are testing. Audience: who should react, in your own words. Discussion rounds: five for a Quick Study, ten for a Standard Study. Report: a decision-readiness verdict, key findings, segment reactions, risks, what to change and the verbatim quotations behind them.
What the hosted service adds
Reports whose verbatim quotations are checked against the discussion and tied to their round; public links, and private client links with an optional password and expiry on the Business and Agency plans; export to PDF and Markdown, and to PowerPoint on Pro and above; follow-up questions to the audience where your plan supports it; and the public API on the Agency plan.
